Lei has Cerebral Palsy, so his gait is abnormal, but he doesn’t let that slow him down! He likes playing at the playground – especially on the slides or horizontal bars. He has been wearing orthopedic footwear to help train his feet, but still needs support or a walker to get around. Lei is shy around strangers, but is very talkative and energetic around his nannies and friends. He likes books, listening to music, and toy cars.
Lei is a Special Focus child, meaning he can be matched to a family either with or without a dossier in China and may also be accepted along with another child! He is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy
